How do I download my digital item(s)?

To download an item after purchase:

 

1. Click on "My orders" in your "My Account" box.

 

2. Click on the order number for this item. Look for the   symbol next to order number.

 

3. Scroll down and click on the item name to download the item.

Do I need to register for an account even though I'm already a ParaNexus member?

Yes, the shopping cart is a separate software application and requires that you register for a separate account.

Can I purchase products if I'm not a ParaNexus member?

Yes! Your purchases help support ParaNexus, a non-profit corporation.

How do I apply my ParaNexus member discount to my order?

First, visit the main ParaNexus website to get the current discount code. Then, go to your cart (not "Checkout"). You will be able to insert your discount code in the "Vouchers" field below the cart summary. You will receive a 20% discount (excluding training courses) for being a ParaNexus member.

What method of shipping is used?

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via United States Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail and Priority International Mail include tracking numbers which are emailed to you. Please check the product page for more information.

How do I return an item?

You may return any physical-goods item within 30 days provided it is in resalable condition. Downloadable goods cannot be returned. You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. To return an item:

1. Log into your Account page.

2. Click on "My Orders" in your "My Account" box or CLICK HERE.

3. Click on the order that contains the item you want to return.

4. Check the box next to the item you want to return.

5. In the Quantity box, type how many of the item you want to return.

6. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.

7. Click the "Create RMA" button.

 

Check the status of your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking on "Merchandise Returns" in your "My Account" box.

Once your return has been authorized, print out the PDF return slip and include it with your item within 7 days.
