All ParaNexus Certified Field Investigators
(CPFI) have authorized ID badges (see sample below) for identification. Always
ask to see the investigator's ID badge.
In the event that a CPFI is not available in
your area, another investigative group may be assigned to your case. In this
event, you will be given the group founder's name and phone number for
verification purposes.
